Administrative & Communications Coordinator

Job Posting: Administrative & Communications Assistant (Part-Time)

Jewish Federation of Atlantic & Cape May Counties Part-Time (24 hours/week)

$28-30/hour | Flexible schedule

Jewish Federation of Atlantic & Cape May Counties plays a central role in bringing people together, supporting meaningful programs, and strengthening Jewish life locally and beyond. This role sits at the heart of that work, ensuring that both the details behind the scenes and the first points of contact with our community are thoughtful, organized, and warm.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and schedule email communications and newsletters
  • Oversee social media posting and basic content creation
  • Populate and send our weekly e-blast newsletter
  • Maintain website including coordination of community calendar
  • Coordinate event and meeting logistics including registrations, materials, and follow-up
  • Track RSVPs and maintain accurate attendee lists for programs, meetings, and events
  • Answer phones and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for community members
  • Maintain and update our donor database
  • Provide general administrative support to a small, collaborative team including ordering supplies and coordinating mailings roughly 4x/year
  • Additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals

This is a part-time, in-office position, requiring 24 hours per week in Margate, NJ. The salary range is $28-$30 per hour. Days and times are flexible. This role is essential to the day-to-day functioning of our organization and to the experience our community has with us.
