Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints, relays relevant comments from customers to management.
  • Represents the company in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner in all customer and employee interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assists management with reports and weekly closing procedures.
  • Verifies, allocates and posts details of business transactions to accounts in journals or computer files from documents, such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, unit reports, check stubs and computer printouts.
  • May compute type and mail monthly statements to customers.

Assists on the production line when needed and Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
