We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our clinic. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and well-run environment for both clients and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about supporting mental health services. The role involves being responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing databases, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and by phone
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  • Verify insurance and assist with basic billing and intake processes
  • Coordinate communication between clinical staff, clients, and external partner,
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
  • Organize files and documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Other duties as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
