Administrative Coordinator

**FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE**... Fast-paced commercial interior construction company looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to handle all aspects of project coordination such as:

*Communicating with clients

*Typing quotes

*Processing purchase orders

*Typing change orders and requesting purchase orders

*Processing insurance certificates

*Creating and maintaining electronic job folders

*Entering delivery tickets for scheduling of projects

*Assisting project managers

*Updating job budgets

Candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize workload. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe writer, ability to type quickly and accurately, cut/paste, general basic computer function skills are an absolute requirement for this position.

*Notary public a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
