Overview
Trinity Lutheran is seeking an Christian Administrative Coordinator willing to work within and uphold the mission and values of Trinity Lutheran Church and School. Looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our ministry team. This vital role offers the opportunity to streamline office operations, support team members, and ensure a smooth workflow across all departments. As a member of the Trinity mission and as an energetic and proactive professional, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communication channels, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, and families, answering multi-line phone system, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and communications.
  • Assist with events coordination, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records
  • Support both Church and school organization such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and coordinating church and school repairs or upgrades
  • Support pastors, principal and staff
  • Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times
  • Update website and social media
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all clerical duties are completed efficiently
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred, especially for a Church and/or school.
  • Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and time management abilities.
  • This Administrative Coordinator positions is an essential part of the whole ministry team.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
