Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated professional to serve as a key support resource across our brokerage, marketing, and operations teams. This role is part administrative coordinator and part research assistant — a versatile position that keeps things moving behind the scenes. What You’ll Do

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple team members
  • Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations
  • Assist with event logistics including industry conferences, retreats, happy hours, and office gatherings
  • Handle holiday gift sourcing, ordering, tracking, and mail-outs
  • Support commission and listing agreement filing
  • Manage office inventory and maintenance coordination
  • Serve as the internal IT liaison for basic tech support escalations

Research Support

  • Run basic demographic and research reports
  • Collect and organize available property listings
  • Archive and organize industry news articles and market intelligence
  • Source property ownership contact information using parcel data and public records
  • Assist with general market research requests as needed

Marketing Support

  • Assist with contact database management and upkeep
  • Task pipeline coordination — track requests and coordinate timelines
  • Manage tour material resources and support tour book assembly
  • Coordinate outsourced print material and signage orders

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Professional, positive, and a team player
  • Solid communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: In-Person — Dallas, TX (reliable transportation required)
  • Schedule: Standard office hours; 8:30a - 5:30p, Monday to Friday

Pay

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year
