Lincoln Memorial University is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Coordinator to support the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program at our West Knoxville campus.

This position plays a vital role in supporting faculty, students, and program operations by helping ensure smooth day-to-day administrative, academic, and clinical coordination. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist with:

  • Coordinating day-to-day operations of the OTD program
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
  • Supporting faculty, students, and external clinical partners
  • Maintaining records, reports, and accreditation-related documentation
  • Assisting with student onboarding and fieldwork processes
  • Managing communications and responding to inquiries professionally
  • Supporting budgeting, purchasing, and data management activities
  • Helping facilitate compliance and program organization
  • Assisting with special projects and program events as needed

Required Qualifications

✔ High school diploma
✔ Minimum of two years of office/administrative experience
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
✔ Excellent attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Some college coursework in a business-related field
⭐ Strong technical/computer skills
⭐ Experience working in higher education or an academic setting
