We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Ocala, FL. This role involves handling day to day administrative tasks, supporting communication between teams, and assisting with general office operations in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative and office activities
- Coordinate communication between departments and staff
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and data entry
- Support operational and production related administrative tasks
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
This is a full time, on site position based in Ocala, Florida.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
