Job Description:

• Records management: Recording the attendance and departure of workers and engineers on site daily and preparing payrolls.
• Documentation: Storing and organizing plans, outgoing and incoming correspondence, and material receipt reports.
• Logistics coordination: Ordering office supplies and consumables for the site and coordinating with the purchasing department.
• Reporting: Assisting the project manager in printing and formatting daily and weekly reports.
• Communication: Coordination with the head office regarding government procedures for workers (residence permit renewals, insurance, etc.).
