Administrative Coordinator/Dispatcher

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator/Dispatcher to add to our team. Don't worry, or heating is not required. If you enjoy working with people, are good with a computer, and are comfortable with multi-tasking, this position is for you.

Your Role as the Administrative Coordinator/Dispatcher:

As the Administrative Coordinator/Dispatcher, your primary focus is managing the schedule and daily 'operational flow.' Answering phone calls, scheduling, following up with customers and field technicians and ensuring all parts and material are available to complete the scope of work in a timely manner are top priorities for you. You will manage and review technicians invoices and coordinate follow-up with customers. Flexibility and ability to adjust to a quick-changing environment will make the days go quickly. You will also ensure that all information is properly obtained, invoices are accurate, proper payment is collected, and notes taken for each call. You will be a 'support coach' for the field technicians - working to assist them and ensure their success with customers. You will assist in sending invoices and estimates to customers.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator/Dispatcher:

  • Multitasking and quick-thinking
  • Sufficient computer aptitude
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Scheduling/Dispatch experience a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • General office duties.
  • Understand the skill levels needed for each job and properly match that to the customers wants and needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
