Location: On-site (Hybrid potential after onboarding)
Hours: 25–30 hours/week | Monday–Friday + occasional events
Reports to: Executive Assistant (EA)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Creative Support Coordinator to work directly with the Executive Assistant. This role focuses heavily on marketing, content creation, scheduling support, and outreach coordination.

You will help keep projects organized, support community and podcast outreach, manage the EA’s calendar, and create digital materials for ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the EA’s work, school, and personal calendar
  • Design flyers, graphics, and templates using Canva
  • Assist with social media posting schedules and content calendars
  • Support outreach to podcast guests, community partners, and event contacts
  • Prepare agendas, event checklists, and project documents
  • Run errands (printing, supplies, deliveries) as needed
  • Support nonprofit outreach projects with basic admin tasks
  • Assist with website updates, basic SEO tasks, and email campaigns
  • Help organize Google Drive, SOPs, and contact lists
  • Assist with intern or volunteer recruitment

Qualifications

  • Strong Canva skills (portfolio preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Familiar with Mailchimp, Adobe, or similar platforms
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks, errands, and event support
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable transportation required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
