Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Administrative / Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations. This role includes customer service, dispatching, scheduling, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in last-mile delivery/logistics is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client calls and customer support
  • Respond to escalation emails
  • Dispatch and coordinate delivery teams
  • Schedule routes and manage daily operations
  • Support day-to-day logistics activities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Logistics or last-mile experience (preferred, not required)
  • Detail-oriented and reliable

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday
  • Approx. 8/9 AM – 4/5 PM (flexible, may adjust)
  • $45K–$55K salary + performance-based bonuses
  • All major holidays off
