Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional with a strong background in finance, administration, and banking. This role is responsible for driving sales of banking and lending products, managing key client relationships, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven, customer-focused problem-solver with a proven ability to close deals and manage confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively promote and sell the organization's facilities and lending products (e.g., Trade & Working Capital, Project Finance, Mortgages, Guarantees, Bonds).
  • Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with existing customers while actively prospecting and securing fresh customers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Process reservations and finalize agreements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor sales performance and update the sales order database.
  • Attend networking and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
  • Support the sales team in completing annual travel management contracts.

Client & Administrative Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, handling telephone inquiries and attending to clients’ needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all client requests are followed up on and responded to within 24 hours.
  • Provide high-level sales and administrative support, including the efficient handling of top-level and confidential agreements.
  • Provide research support, gather information, and prepare briefs from various sources.
  • Attend project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Support general administration by preparing documents and following up on timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain a professional, organized work environment and ensure all reports are accurate and free of errors.
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to the company, its customers, and personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven sales track record with strong negotiation skills and a history of closing high-value deals.
  • Strong experience in and fair knowledge of banking lending products.
  • Good understanding of financial markets with the ability to research and analyze market trends.
  • A sales-driven, outgoing, and ambitious professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business development skills.
  • Highly customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt sales style to suit a diverse client base.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
