Administrative Help

Overview

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset
  • Provide accurate information, resolve basic inquiries, and route complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Process customer forms, documents, and service requests
  • Assist with order entry or account updates (if applicable)
  • Prepare customer‑facing materials such as confirmations, follow‑up emails, and service summaries
  • Support internal teams by gathering information, tracking requests, and ensuring timely communication
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and care

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, and empathetic
  • Ability to stay calm and helpful when handling questions or concerns
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
