Overview
- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset
- Provide accurate information, resolve basic inquiries, and route complex issues to the appropriate team
- Process customer forms, documents, and service requests
- Assist with order entry or account updates (if applicable)
- Prepare customer‑facing materials such as confirmations, follow‑up emails, and service summaries
- Support internal teams by gathering information, tracking requests, and ensuring timely communication
- Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, and empathetic
- Ability to stay calm and helpful when handling questions or concerns
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
