Responsibilities
- We need help with , bookkeeping, customer service, social media etc.

- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow-up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Skills
- Customer service or support experience
- Computer saavy
- Customer orientated and an ability to adapt/respond to varying types of callers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $20.25 per hour
