RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with departments in reaching hiring needs managing employee retention
- Maintain employee records along with benefit enrollment and analysis
- Maintain, update, and enforce company policies
- Assist with document control, filing systems, and data entry
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work with a range of personalities and conduct conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Commitment to professional and ethical standards
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
