About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and business support functions within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain files, records, and documentation systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Support data entry and report preparation
- Handle basic correspondence and office coordination tasks
- Provide general support to the operations team as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Zoho mail, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
