Duties

  • Assist with the coordination and management of international partnership projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among stakeholders
  • Support the development and review of grant proposals related to international programs and research initiatives
  • Contribute to curriculum development efforts aimed at enhancing global education offerings and student exchange activities
  • Help organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on international affairs and cultural competency
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in higher education and international relations to inform program strategies
  • Aid in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use and external partners
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records related to international projects

Experience

  • Previous experience or coursework in project management, education administration, or international relations is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in grant proposal writing or research activities related to higher education or global programs
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Proven leadership qualities with experience in recruiting or managing teams, especially within academic settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences including students, faculty, and international partners
  • Familiarity with curriculum development or university-level teaching is advantageous
  • Prior administrative experience within higher education institutions or research organizations is a plus
