Administrative Law Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Law Assistant will be responsible for supporting a team of Compliance Analysts and Attorneys. Duties may include, but are not limited to, administrative tasks to support the RIA team, onboarding new clients, scheduling meetings, attending meetings to document them, preparing documents as needed, and other tasks as a part of a growing team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supports RIA team and assists with administrative tasks.
  • Professionally communicates with clients both telephonically and via email.
  • Routinely reviews and follows up on deadlines, calendar appointments, and other related administrative tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the President & Founder, VP of RIA Operations, team Attorneys, and Compliance Analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information in a concise manner.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

· High level of integrity and respect for confidential and sensitive information.

· Can apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Self-starter, proactive, creative thinker, problem solver, positive attitude.

· Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus two years of full-time directly related work experience.

CULTURE/ENVIRONMENT:

· Casual, fun, drama-free work environment.

· Frequent computer work at a fast pace in a remote environment.

· Flex-time between 6 am and 6 pm, Mountain time,Monday through Friday.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Mobility among workstations.

· Lifting office supplies and setting up workstations (if necessary).
