Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office resources, and ensure efficiency in workplace procedures. Responsibilities include staff coordination, scheduling, record-keeping, and enforcing organizational policies.

Working Hours
  • Sunday to Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Follow up on training sessions and attendance
  • Monitor trainers' and students' attendance
  • Respond to client inquiries and phone calls
  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative work
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Management or a related field
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in office software, such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills and commitment to working hours
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities applicable to staff coordination and operational challenges

Compensation
  • Monthly salary: SAR 5,500 (inclusive of insurance, fees, transportation, and housing)
  • Additional financial incentives and performance-based bonuses.
