Administrative Manager – Private Palace
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations inside a private palace environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to manage staff and operations efficiently under high-pressure and fast-paced conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing administrative and operational reports.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and presentation preparation.
- Monitoring maintenance issues and ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Developing and organizing job responsibilities and task structures for employees.
- Managing staff performance and ensuring all employees perform their duties effectively and professionally.
- Ensuring full operational readiness for events, gatherings, and special occasions at any time.
- Following up on medical insurance, residency permits (Iqama), and vehicle insurance matters.
- Coordinating with different departments and external suppliers when required.
- Maintaining high standards of organization, confidentiality, and service quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, hospitality, palace management, or executive operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design programs.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent English preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
