Job Title: Sports Facility Administrative Manager
Position Overview: Salisbury Country Club is seeking a hard-working Sports Facility Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Indoor Sports Facility (ISF). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, with keen attention to detail and organization. This role is crucial in providing high-quality service to our members and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks with promptness and efficiency. Create and review emails, including weekly updates.
- Ensure accuracy and relevancy of information distributed to members.
- Maintain the Club Calendar to manage ISF activities, events and deadlines effectively.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with the Salisbury Clubhouse office, ensuring timely communication regarding department-related events and concerns.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the Front Desk area, including staff performance, phone management, cleanliness, and facility readiness for regular play and tournaments.
- Ensure food and beverage areas are well-stocked and presentable.
Facility & Court Maintenance:
- Maintain and manage cleanliness and overall organization of indoor and outdoor court areas in the morning and/or afternoon as needed; including but not limited to monitoring and replacing inventory, trash maintenance, courts sweeping, and collecting balls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient writing skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in indoor and outdoor sports and athletics is a plus.
