About Us:
Masar Al Ameen Real Estate LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across departments and supporting the management team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions and ensure office operations run efficiently.
- Manage office systems, documentation, and correspondence for sales, HR, and operations departments.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support where necessary.
- Coordinate with management and agents to ensure smooth internal communication and task execution.
- Handle company records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation in line with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and internal policy implementation.
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Prepare reports and assist management with strategic planning and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or similar role within a real estate brokerage in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Dubai Economy (DED) administrative processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
