Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly disciplined, organized, and experienced Administrative Manager with a strong background in the armed forces. The ideal candidate will be a retired Army officer/ who has managed logistics, operations, human resources, or administration during their military career. The role requires leadership, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the organization.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures, protocols, and administrative systems.
  • Supervise and lead support staff (clerks, drivers, guards, etc.).
  • Maintain facility management, including security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with different departments for logistics, HR, and resource planning.
  • Handle internal communications and assist in event/meeting planning.
  • Ensure discipline, time management, and code of conduct within the office environment.
  • Maintain inventory and oversee procurement processes when necessary.
  • Manage crisis response and risk assessment in line with military-style planning.

Qualifications:

  • Retired Army Officer/NCO (Major, Captain, or equivalent ranks).
  • Minimum 15–30 years of experience in administration/logistics/operations during service.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
