We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Coordinator who wants to build a career in commercial real estate and play an active role in the operations of a growing investment firm.
This role combines administrative support, marketing coordination, and real estate operations. The ideal candidate is organized, confident communicating with others, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist company leadership with administrative and executive assistant tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Communicate with tenants and property-related contacts when needed
- Organize documents, files, and internal systems
- Maintain office organization and support day-to-day operations
Marketing & Presentation Materials
- Create marketing materials such as leasing flyers, offering memorandums, and property presentations
- Design graphics and visual materials using Canva or similar software
- Assist in preparing marketing packages for brokers, investors, and tenants
- Support branding and marketing initiatives for the company and its properties
CRM & Data Management
- Enter and manage data in the company CRM system
- Track contacts, investor inquiries, and property information
- Maintain accurate records and assist with internal reporting
General Coordination
- Assist with coordinating meetings, calls, and scheduling
- Help support property marketing efforts and leasing initiatives
- Work with the team to ensure tasks and projects move forward efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidence speaking on the phone and communicating with vendors and tenants
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Interest in commercial real estate, development, or investment
Preferred (but not required):
- Active or pursuing a California real estate license
- Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative roles
Compensation
- $25 – $28 per hour, depending on experience
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
- Exposure to real estate acquisitions, development, and investment
