Administrative & Medical Assistant with Sales Focus - Med Lounge (Rancho Santa Fe/ Encinitas

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can combine administrative support, clinical assistance, and community outreach. You will handle front desk tasks, patient scheduling, and communications while also performing blood draws and supporting clinical procedures. Additionally, you will actively engage in sales outreach—building local relationships, promoting Med Lounge services, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks.
• Perform blood draws and assist with clinical procedures.
• Actively engage in boots-on-the-ground sales outreach, fostering relationships with local businesses and promoting our offerings.
• Support patient flow and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Medical assistant experience with blood draw/phlebotomy skills.
• Administrative experience in a medical or wellness setting.
• Sales-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for outreach and business development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for patient care and community engagement.
