Administrative Office Assistant/ Dispatcher

Knight Security is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to support our daily office and operations team with the ability to be versatile. This role combines administrative support with dispatch coordination, ensuring schedules, communication, and service requests are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, has the ability to manage and execute multiple tasks in a timely manner & fast-paced environment.

Administrative Office/Dispatching or Scheduling Experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant/Dispatcher you will be part of a small administrative team responsible for facilitating the daily operations of the company. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with Payroll/Time and Attendance Tracking
  • Client & Employee schedule reminders
  • Uniform & Equipment Tracking
  • Employee Data Entry/Tracking
  • Assisting Human Resource Manager with hiring process operations
  • Dispatching on Alternating Weekends: Coverage for call outs/emergencies. Schedule and dispatch security agents to job sites
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of changes
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports or documents as needed
  • Communicate job details between customers, field staff, and management
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks
  • Minimal maintenance of office space cleanliness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (Required)
  • Scheduling/Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
