Administrative Office Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team! Duties

  • Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements for multiple teams or departments
  • Coordinate event planning activities, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite setup
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development to ensure high performance
  • Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage budgeting tasks, and perform basic office bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette, and handling general inquiries

Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative coordination within a professional setting
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams or administrative staff effectively
  • Strong background in event planning, vendor management, and calendar management a plus
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity within the legal field a plus
  • Prior experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and front desk operations is essential

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
