Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administration Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
