Administrative Officer & Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Officer with accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will primarily manage administrative operations while supporting basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Officer (80%):

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing systems for employees and office documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications for management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized office records.

Accounting Support (20%):

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and expense tracking.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Maintain basic accounting records and assist in budget monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration; basic accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (optional).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
