Administrative Officer (Banking Industry)

Karachi, Pakistan

HRSG SSP is looking for "Administrative Officer" for one of their Precious client in Banking Industry.

  • Location: Karachi
  • Salary: 90,000 (Negotiable)
  • Benefits: PF & Other as per law

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations, facilities management, and administrative support across branches/offices.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with bank policies.
  • Monitor and control administrative budgets, expenses, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in line with banking industry standards.
  • Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and office support services to maintain a professional environment.
  • Prepare reports, maintain administrative records, and ensure timely documentation.
  • Support senior management in planning and executing administrative initiatives.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance checks relevant to administrative operations.
  • Lead and guide junior administrative staff to ensure high service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Office.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software/tools.
