Job Title: Client Care executive & Centre Incharge Location: Nagercoil (On-site only) Organization: Anjela Mind Care About Us Anjela Mind Care is a professional Psychology & Counselling Centre offering therapy, counselling, and mental wellness programs for individuals, couples, and families. We are looking for an experienced and confident Centre Coordinator to handle client communication, manage appointments, and take complete responsibility for the daily operations of the centre. Key Responsibilities Handle client enquiries via phone or WhatsApp — make clients feel comfortable and convert them into confirmed counselling appointments. Ensure all clients book sessions with advance payments (avoid direct walk-ins without booking). After each counselling session, build rapport and motivate clients to continue upcoming sessions (upselling services naturally and positively). Collect Google reviews and feedback after services. Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly. Coordinate with the Head Psychologist and Counsellor for scheduling and smooth workflow. Support basic marketing activities taught by the digital marketing team (WhatsApp updates, posting service details, etc.). Manage small office purchases, admin work, and basic accounts. Supervise the maid and cleaning staff (sweepers) to ensure the centre is always neat and professional. Maintain a pleasant appearance, attractive personality, and confident communication style to create a positive first impression for clients. Take full charge of the centre in the absence of the Head Psychologist. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client handling / front office / customer service / clinic coordination (preferably in healthcare or service sector). Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Strong relationship-building, follow-up, and upselling ability. Attractive, confident, and well-presented personality — capable of handling people gracefully. Good organizational skills with a sense of responsibility and discipline. Must be physically present at the centre (not a remote position). Willing to undergo training to improve communication and marketing skills. Salary Salary Range: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance + Commission & Incentive available). Work Timing Full-time (as per counselling centre schedule).
