Job Role
- Review and analyze English and Arabic documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or errors and follow up for necessary corrections.
- Assist in improving document review procedures and workflow efficiency.
- Evaluate daily workload and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct monthly system checks to identify incomplete or outdated records.
- Manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Record and manage minutes for weekly team meetings.
- Provide general administrative and office support to the IP team.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records and documentation.
- Support communication and coordination with clients and internal departments when required.

Previous Experience
- 1–2 years of general office administration experience, preferably within a law firm, Intellectual Property (IP), or professional services environment.
- Previous experience reviewing legal or administrative documentation is an advantage.
