Overview
Elite Land Acquisition of Texas is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations and keep deal flow moving.
This role is critical to the business. You will work directly with leadership to manage internal systems, coordinate across deals, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a front desk role. It is an execution-focused operations position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage internal workflows and keep acquisition pipeline organized
- Track deals, contracts, and key deadlines across multiple projects
- Coordinate with brokers, title companies, attorneys, and consultants
- Assist with document preparation (LOIs, contracts, reports)
- Maintain organized digital files and deal records
- Support scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination
- Handle light bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and project follow-ups
- Identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a small, high-accountability team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in real estate, development, or construction
- Familiarity with contracts, transactions, or deal flow
- Experience with QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or consultants
