We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative / Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations, internal coordination, and client service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across departments
- Support account managers and marketing teams with scheduling and task management
- Maintain and organize internal documentation, reports, and client records
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and internal workflow setup
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met across teams
- Communicate with internal staff and external partners as needed
- Help improve operational efficiency and streamline internal processes
- Manage basic data entry and CRM updates
- Support billing, invoicing, and administrative reporting tasks
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, agency, or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
- Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC)
- Previous experience in client-facing coordination roles
