Administrative & Operations Executive

As we continue to grow our global footprint, we are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals to support our team in various administrative and operational functions, with a focus on coordination and logistics, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our business operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must be on husband’s or father’s sponsorship
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong business correspondence skills
  • Working knowledge on Amazon, Walmart or other marketplaces is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of import/export procedures and coordination with shipping agents and courier companies
  • Working knowledge on any CRM or Accounting software (preferably QuickBooks), including basic journal entries and invoicing orders. Knowledge of bookkeeping is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong internet research skills with a creative, problem-solving mindset
  • Proactive, quick to learn, and capable of working independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
