Administrative & Personal Assistant / Bookkeeper

Generate Commercial and Residential Leases, Extensions and Letters.

Work closely with the President as his "right hand" person.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to type lengthy documents with proof editing and comments. Verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Must know the flow of leasing from start to finish wit the ability to maneuver between difficult Leasing deals that can take months to resolve while communicating with appropriate corporate departments and/or contacts.

Handle compliance issues, prepare Lease Brochures and show space to prospective tenants as needed.

Bookkeeping duties include proficiency in Excel, and Sage/Timberline Software and prepare checks.

AP/AR, process monthly rent checks, statements and past due rent collections.

Obtain and record Certificates of Insurance
