United Built Homes is actively seeking a dynamic professional to perform essential, administrative duties and deliver outstanding customer service in the Production Coordinator role for our team in our Alexandria Design Center.

Responsibilities:
- Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.
- Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.
- Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.
- Any and all other duties assigned, including committee assignments.

- Work History - 3+ years of administrative experience required; prior experience working in a construction/new-home sales office is a plus.
Skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, team player mentality, flexibility, and willingness to pitch in whenever any job needs to be handled at UBH.
Education - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Not required, but would be a plus!
