POSITION SUMMARY
This full-time position is for an Administrative Professional in our New Philadelphia, Ohio office. This position is responsible for greeting clients in the office and assisting with staff needs. Spicer Group’s Administrative Professionals are heavily relied upon to keep the office presentable and ensure team members are organized and prepared for their daily tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Spicer Group is looking for qualified candidates that enjoy working with a team, are very organized, and have excellent communication skills. Candidates will work primarily in the office but also may travel for deliveries and errands.
- Provide comprehensive office support to the service line and/or office, including greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Operate Teams phone systems; answer, screen, direct calls, and provide routine information to callers and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments, including sorting, distribution, and coordination of deliveries
- Perform document management activities including filing, record maintenance, accurate data entry, copying, and scanning
- Prepare, format, and proofread letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents for accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate meetings and staff events, including scheduling, room setup, and ordering food and supplies
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness across conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces; ensure supplies are stocked and inventoried
- Track office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing to support daily operations
- Assist with office equipment functionality and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Partner with office leadership to coordinate vendors and support adherence to office budgets
- Perform office errands and deliveries as needed, including maintaining the vehicle sign-out log and coordinating vehicle maintenance
- Utilize office systems and tools (copiers, printers, email, shipping systems, etc.) to support daily operations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive) and Adobe/PDF Programs
- Can demonstrate interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
