Administrative Professional CPA or Law Office Experience Required

We are a growing CPA firm seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Administrative Professional to support our team. This role blends client service, office operations, and marketing support, offering variety and growth in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support general office operations and workflow coordination
  • Provide basic bookkeeping or billing support as needed
  • Maintain client records, CRM, and document systems
  • Assist in scheduling, client communications, and onboarding
  • Provide administrative support to partners and staff
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and website management (social media, email campaigns, events)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (CPA firm or professional services preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, proactive, and client-service driven
