Key Responsibilities
- Support general office operations and workflow coordination
- Provide basic bookkeeping or billing support as needed
- Maintain client records, CRM, and document systems
- Assist in scheduling, client communications, and onboarding
- Provide administrative support to partners and staff
- Assist with marketing initiatives and website management (social media, email campaigns, events)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience (CPA firm or professional services preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, proactive, and client-service driven
