Administrative Professional/Office Manager

ST Custom Homes is hiring for a HR/administrative professional. This person will be responsible for collecting invoices and compiling monthly draw requests; creating, sending, and collecting lien waivers; updating budget spreadsheets; processing semi-monthly payroll; completing worker’s compensation insurance documentation; and other duties as needed. Must be able to use Quickbooks. This person must be detail and process oriented, comfortable with email and phone communication, and have a positive attitude.

We strive to create a positive construction experience for our homeowners from the first contact to turning over the keys. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our homeowner experience.

This is a part time position, based in our office in North Bozeman. We’re willing to work with you on schedule and hours, but will want a consistent schedule.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
