Administrative Programs Assistant

Description

Duties and Responsiblities

  • Performs fiscal duties such as accounts payable, fiscal data reporting and reconciling financial data
  • Process purchase orders, invoices and account payments relating to Social Services and Children's Services Act funding
  • Manage administrative and financial processes relating to Social Services Programs
  • Process accounts receivable and financial reporting relating to Special Welfare accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Associate's degree with coursework in subjects such as social work, human services, social or behavioral science, business, or related field preferred
  • Ability to use computers and office equipment to input, retrieve, verify, scan, and research information required
