Position Overview

We’re looking for an Administrative Project Coordinator to help manage client projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on supporting one of our larger clients. This role is critical to keeping projects on track, improving workflows, and ensuring clear communication between our internal team and clients.

This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client projects from intake through completion
  • Track timelines, deadlines, and production schedules
  • Communicate with clients regarding project updates and timelines
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams
  • Assist with invoicing and job documentation
  • Help organize the warehouse and project flow
  • Identify ways to optimize and streamline internal processes

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Administrative, operations, or project coordination experience preferred
