Role Description
Hiring a diverse individual who will be well trained in all facets of our company. The day to day work consists of arriving at the Denver location at 8am, calling clients who left messages from the night before, checking various lead inboxes and scheduling clients for estimates. As the day progresses we receive calls from interested clients and we intake their information in real time and schedule them. Facilitating the initial client intake opportunity and assigning them to a sales rep schedule is the most important job in our company. You will be the first point of contact for all customers at REenergizeCO. Being nice, timely and competent are integral traits for this position. Scheduling is half of the job. The other half is utility rebate processing and tracking. We are in multiple utility rebate programs throughout the State, and our clients get cash back for making energy efficiency upgrades to their homes. We make this process easy by submitting all rebate forms on their behalf. We also submit for internal rebates from utilities and additional program entities.
Pay: $49,298.00 - $53,302.00 per year
