What is the job?:
As an Assistant Receptionist, you will coordinate and provide information on the services offered. The Assistant Wedding Receptionist will be involved in the booking of a wedding, finalizing all wedding files, and ensure accuracy of details.
These are the specific job functions:
- Greet all guests that walk into the chapel
- Assist the team with day to day operations
- Inform couples of package options and upgrades
- Assist with clerical duties including but not limited to: answering phones, replying to emails, and accurate filing
- Maintain a strong presence and provide clear communication to the rest of the team
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the chapel
- Maintain the appearance of the chapel
What do you need to qualify?
- Strong communication
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and interact with all guests from diverse backgrounds
- Work varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual
- Organized and detail-oriented
An advantage if you have these qualities, but don't worry if you don't!
- Some college experience relating to hospitality management or business administration
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
Compensation: starts from $14.00 per hour
