Administrative Receptionist - Weddings

The Little Vegas Chapel is looking to grow its team. We are a dynamic bunch, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us.

What is the job?:

As an Assistant Receptionist, you will coordinate and provide information on the services offered. The Assistant Wedding Receptionist will be involved in the booking of a wedding, finalizing all wedding files, and ensure accuracy of details.

These are the specific job functions:

  • Greet all guests that walk into the chapel
  • Assist the team with day to day operations
  • Inform couples of package options and upgrades
  • Assist with clerical duties including but not limited to: answering phones, replying to emails, and accurate filing
  • Maintain a strong presence and provide clear communication to the rest of the team
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the chapel
  • Maintain the appearance of the chapel

What do you need to qualify?

  • Strong communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and interact with all guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Work varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual
  • Organized and detail-oriented

An advantage if you have these qualities, but don't worry if you don't!

  • Some college experience relating to hospitality management or business administration
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Minimum 1 year cash handling experience

Compensation: starts from $14.00 per hour
