Administrative Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator (Healthcare)

VC Health is hiring an Administrative Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing health insurance agency. This role focuses on interview scheduling, onboarding new hires, and recruiting support, making it ideal for someone looking to grow in HR or talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring managers
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and assist with candidate communication
- Support onboarding for new hires (documents, scheduling, follow-ups)
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring records
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Asana.
- Experience with ATS systems is a plus
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Recruiting coordination or HR support experience
- Experience scheduling interviews in a high-volume environment
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience
- Onboarding experience
