Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and responsive customer communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and supports sales performance through strong administrative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales leadership
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, bid documents, and sales presentations
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data
  • Track sales activity, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, for sales leadership
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for customer inquiries and dealer support
  • Maintain organized digital and physical sales files
  • Marketing support, when needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative experience (sales support preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, preferred or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with ZoomInfo a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
