Administrative Sales Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and responsive customer communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and supports sales performance through strong administrative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales leadership
- Prepare quotes, proposals, bid documents, and sales presentations
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data
- Track sales activity, and performance metrics
- Coordinate trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, for sales leadership
- Serve as an additional point of contact for customer inquiries and dealer support
- Maintain organized digital and physical sales files
- Marketing support, when needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative experience (sales support preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, preferred or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with ZoomInfo a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
