Administrative Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the CEO (Female – Arabic speaker is a plus) to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO’s right hand, managing schedules, communications, and confidential matters while ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

Coordinate internal and external communications

Draft and respond to emails and official correspondence

Arrange travel bookings, visas, and accommodation

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas

Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points

Handle confidential information with high discretion

Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers on behalf of the CEO

Assist with special projects and executive tasks

Manage expense reports and documentation

Requirements

Female (Arabic speaker is preferred)

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant

Strong written and verbal English (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting senior executives

Strong problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

UAE experience preferred
