Barwash is a mobile detailing company built for busy professionals, families, automotive enthusiasts, and luxury vehicle owners who value convenience without compromising quality.

We are launching our mobile detailing division and are seeking a Service Manager to help build the operational foundation of the company during this exciting growth phase.

This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a business from the ground up, contribute ideas, lead people, solve problems, and grow alongside the company.

Position Overview

The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile detailing division while supporting customer acquisition, team leadership, service quality, and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily mobile detailing operations, schedules, appointments, and service routes
  • Supervise detailing technicians and maintain service quality standards
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from booking through service completion
  • Support customer communication and issue resolution
  • Assist with local marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Support commercial fleet acquisition and business development initiatives
  • Coordinate with ownership, vendors, contractors, and operational partners
  • Track service metrics, operational performance, and customer feedback
  • Help improve systems, procedures, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training future team members

Qualifications

  • Previous inventory and team management, leadership, or operations experience preferred
  • Business Data Analysis experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
  • Customer service focused mindset
  • Sales, business development, or account management experience is a plus
  • Automotive, detailing, hospitality, service, or operations experience is preferred but not required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid Texas Driver's License required
  • Authorized to work in the US

Important Eligibility Requirements

To protect the integrity of the Barwash brand, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • No existing auto detailing business, LLC, or active detailing client list
  • No plans to start a competing detailing business while employed with Barwash
  • No use of Barwash clients, processes, systems, vendors, or leads for personal or outside work

This role is intended for professionals seeking long-term growth within a team environment rather than independent operators building separate brands.
