Part-Time Administrative Services Coordinator
The City of the Village of Douglas is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to serve as the City’s Part-Time Administrative Services Coordinator. This position provides administrative and operational support to multiple City departments and plays an important role in assisting residents, maintaining records, and supporting daily municipal functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced public service environment.
Position Summary
Under the direction of City Administration, the Administrative Services Coordinator performs a variety of clerical, administrative, customer service, and general support duties for the City. Responsibilities may include front desk assistance, records management, accounts payable/receivable support, election support, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on departmental needs.
